What ALIGN collects, why it is used, and the controls available to you.

This optional feature sends page category, device-size category, install events, and scrubbed error types. The event body does not include your name, email, voice, precise location, score, or payroll information. Hosting providers may still process routine network information such as IP address and request time.

Permanent action
This requests permanent deletion of your ALIGN login and associated active player records. Payment, fraud-prevention, security, payroll, tax, dispute, or other records may be retained only when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Moderation commitment
Kingdom Golf ALIGN does not permit harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, impersonation, privacy abuse, spam, or manipulation of competitions and leaderboards.
We review good-faith reports, protect reporters from retaliation, remove or restrict violating content and accounts, preserve necessary evidence, and escalate credible safety threats when required. Repeated or severe abuse can result in permanent removal.

Data we use
Kingdom Golf LLC manages and is responsible for the ALIGN platform and may process the name, email address, date of birth, account role, authentication and consent records you provide. For a Junior Coach pathway, this may include guardian identity, guardian contact, consent, partner-program identity, facility approval, program-completion status, and Coach Pay eligibility status. If a partner program later activates 1099 Coach Pay, separate onboarding may collect identity, worker-classification review, Form W-9 or other required tax certification, contractor agreement, safeguarding, facility approval, services, partner-defined payment status, and applicable nonemployee-compensation reporting records through the approved payroll or payment system. Kingdom Golf LLC provides and manages the configurable ALIGN workflow; the outside partner program engages and pays its Coaches unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise. ALIGN may also process golf-performance and service records you choose to create, including courses, holes, scores, clubs, calculated distances, shot and pin timestamps, goals, lessons, drills, routines, assessments, support messages, safety reports, purchases, and entitlement history.
We use these records to authenticate accounts, deliver requested app functions, calculate My Bag distances, maintain progress, provide support and safety controls, prevent fraud and abuse, fulfill eligible purchases, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or create third-party advertising profiles.
Google Sheets roster connection
An authorized facility administrator may connect a Google account and configure a registration spreadsheet. ALIGN requests read-only Google Sheets access and reads the configured spreadsheet's class and registration records, which may include student names, class schedules, registration status, and parent contact details. This integration does not edit or delete Google spreadsheets.
ALIGN stores imported roster records to display assigned classes to authorized coaches and administrators and to prepare class notifications. Parent contact details are used for individual class-update emails when a coach or administrator confirms a cancellation. Hosting and email service providers process the data needed to perform these functions. Roster data is not sold or used for advertising or general-purpose AI model training.
The Google authorization is stored on the server, with the refresh credential encrypted, to support recurring roster updates. You can revoke ALIGN's access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not automatically remove previously imported facility records. Saved rosters remain available if a sync fails. AI & Swing
The current AI Coach is a local preview that assembles limited coaching context only after a player asks. It excludes precise coordinates and does not send that context to an AI provider because the production AI connection is not enabled. For Swing Analysis, the player may independently upload a video to YouTube and save its link locally; ALIGN does not yet transmit that link for analysis or take payment.
YouTube processes the video under the player's Google account, YouTube settings, privacy policy, and terms. Deleting an ALIGN account does not delete a video from YouTube; the player controls that video in YouTube Studio. Before paid analysis is enabled, ALIGN will identify the processor, purpose, information sent, retention period, deletion process, price and refund path, and will obtain a separate affirmative submission choice. Swing links and coaching records will not be used to train a general-purpose AI model without a separate opt-in.
Service providers & retention
ALIGN uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database and server operations, web payments, device app-store services, email or roster integrations selected by authorized facilities, and device or browser speech recognition. Current providers may include Netlify, Supabase, Stripe for eligible web purchases, Google, and Apple. They receive only the information needed for their assigned service and process it under their own terms and our applicable agreements.
Active account and player-development records are generally retained while the account is active. Live presence expires after the relevant session; local device records remain until cleared or the app is removed; payment, security, fraud, tax, payroll, dispute and legal records may be kept for the applicable required period. A verified deletion request removes the active account and associated player records unless retention is required or permitted for a stated legal or security purpose.
Age & choices
Player and administrator accounts are for adults age 18 or older. ALIGN does not knowingly allow a child under 13 to create an account. Junior roster or assessment information must be submitted by a parent, guardian, Coach, facility, or authorized program administrator; it is not a junior login account. A Junior Coach age 16 or 17 may use a restricted development account only with guardian consent and partner-program approval. This account teaches coaching and entrepreneurship skills but does not activate paid work. Coach Pay is considered only after the participating program verifies completion and the separate legal, classification, tax, agreement, safeguarding, and facility requirements.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the controls on this page or by contacting us. Permission access can also be revoked in device settings. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
